The House
Interior Description
With a living area of approximately 160 m², the house is spread over two levels and features spacious rooms, perfectly designed for the comfort of its occupants.
On the garden level, the Provençal-style entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen: conventional oven, microwave, induction cooktop, full-size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, refrigerated wine cellar, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, kettle, and toaster.
A hallway leads to a large, functional laundry room (washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, hair dryer), as well as a separate half-bath.
You will then discover a pleasant dining room with a wooden table and six chairs, extending into a comfortable living room equipped with a corner sofa and a smart TV.
Upstairs:
The sleeping area consists of three elegant bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom:
Bedroom 1: two 90 cm single beds, shower room (sink and shower)
Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed, shower room (sink and shower), and private terrace
Bedroom 3: 160 cm bed, full bathroom (double sink, shower, and bathtub), and sitting area
A separate toilet completes this floor.
A furnished mezzanine offers a relaxation area with a desk, board games, and a library, perfect for a quiet moment or reading.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, and features fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

Outdoor Areas
Built on a plot of approximately 800 m², the property features numerous outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation. The garden includes a large furnished terrace, shaded by a large umbrella and a magnificent linden tree, ideal for meals and social gatherings.
For your summer lunches and dinners, “La Remise” has been transformed into a true outdoor dining room, blending refined decor with authentic Provençal charm.
